When I received this product it was cracked near the ice catcher in two places, very obviously. It was packaged well for delivery and clearly was in that state before it was wrapped for shipping. If someone had just looked at it they would have noticed. I immediately contacted the company and was asked for photos. I sent the photos and then received bot-like replies to use the insurance I had purchased instead of being sent a new product. This was after it took three days longer to arrive than they said. I should not have to use the insurance program to replace a piece that was damaged before it even left the facility. It also appears to be thin glass and not at all as rugged as described. I do not recommend this product at all. I'll be going with somewhere local for my next purchase. I feel like I got ripped off.
