herb does not get pushed down to burner. the need to push down the herb and to smoke at the same time cannot be done. I don't even use it.

I went and bought 5 extra elements after reading reviews. I still have original in and works fine after few months later. I AM a lightweight though, does get used about 5x a week. I did make my own cleaning tools and take time to clean it well.

This vape works purely with combustion, not convection, so it will burn your throat (there is a wire coil that heats up and burns the flower). This was not explained in the description, and I only learned about it after searching on YouTube (the instruction manual explains nothing, but on YouTube you can learn how to charge it too). It’s a super inexpensive, well made vape, but I would have chosen differently if I had been given more information.

The pen is very efficient. It will produce heavy clouds and strong draws. Easy to operate, recharge and clean. The pen does heat up quickly and can get hot to touch.
