How long is the downstem that comes with it, it looks short? How long of a downstem can it handle, I like to get as close to bottom of bong as possible?

I had a bong looking almost identical to this one, it was recently broken, sadly. I would really love to buy this bong, my question is can I buy one that's not branded? All clear! I really miss my bong.

We just purchased a Double tree perc classic beaker and was wondering which way works best to clean it? The old water pipe we had didn't have the tree perc?

Pour rubbing alcohol into the piece and let it soak. Add salt and carefully swirl the piece so the salt has a chance to scrape up against the offending particles. Rinse with warm water and repeat as needed. Sometimes an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. 420 Science makes these awesome product, RezBlock, which you drop in the water to help prevent resin from building up in the first place.

If I want a bigger bowl head what size do I need for this bong?

Any 14.5mm bowl will work that has a male joint!

My double tree always gets clogged! I clean it with rubbing alcohol/ salt etc and within 2-3 smokes it's unusuable. Lately it's been so annoying we stopped using it😕?

Why is it that the joint size says 14.5mm female and the recommended downstem replacement is 18mm to 14.5 female, shouldn't it have a 14.5mm male part? Also, it says it includes a 3.5in downstem but I measured mine (only the clear part, not the frosted part) and it's exactly 4inches.

This is a really good question! The joint size mentioned (14.5mm female) refers to the joint of the set-up rather than the piece itself. So due to the downstem, it works with a 14.5mm male attachment. The "female downstem" refers to the joint of the end, which means that it needs a 14.5mm Male attachment (such as a bowl). There are some downstems that keep the same gender (Female pipe and Female Bowl would work with a Female-to-Female downstem) but those are not that common, such as in this case where the downstem takes the joint of the pipe. (So this female pipe takes a male bowl with the downstem that we send along) You are also correct regarding the downstem length, we recommend the 4 inch variant.
