Despite taking slow and steady draws, I have not had a consistently good result from using this product. I don’t think that the herb is getting a full convection effect - it may be too far away from the heating element or losing heat somehow due to the product design. The herb takes a long time to heat up and the stickier the herb, the longer it seems to take to heat up. I would not recommend it - certainly not for the price it goes for.

I am a medicinal user. I have 30 years of experience using flower. I got this because I was looking for a good delivery option while visiting family. I’m not able to get a good throaty hit ever. Only a series of hardly noticeable puffs. It’s hard to remember to turn on the machine 15 minutes before a smoke session. When I need it is constantly because I can’t get a satisfactory smoke session. The tube gets smelly. It feels like I should be cleaning the inside of the hose somehow so that I don’t get a respiratory infection. My husband used it and had respiratory problems for two days. I wish I could return it, but I can’t. I give three stars because if a person is a new user with no frame of reference to flower to compare it to, it’s a very handy little device to medicate OTDL... sorry everyone..

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and communicate with our team. The tube is a silicone tube - which shouldn't have any flavor - we recommend cleaning it with warm water. The best option to get a thick hit is to pack the elbow screen, then take slow but steady draws. That ensures the herbs get the most heat from the heating element. They also said that a lot of new users feel they should get thick vapor - but generally you don't get thick vapor until the end of a session at which point the flavor is not optimal. However that ability to get thick hit depends on the user since it's reliant on the user's breath to pull the vapor from the heating element through the herbs. The Arizer V-Tower is a great tabletop vaporizer that uses advanced technology to provide efficient dosage control so you can get the most out of your flower.

Great for couples and groups
This is perfect for my wife and I. It easily swivels, we can pack enough herb to satisfy us both, our lungs already feel better since we stopped smoking as much, and everything can be cleaned with a light touch and isopropyl. My only complaint is the aromatherapy dish was broken at the stem upon arrival, and I kinda wanted to try that. I got lavender with my purchase! It's taunting me. Get this if you're on the fence.
