Glass Spoon Pipes
Despite their straightforward nature, making hand pipes requires a large amount of training and experience. Glass artists start with a tube about four inches long and decorate it with a variety of techniques such as fuming, linework, etc. Next the artist starts to create the shape of the pipe by stretching the neck and forming the mouthpiece. The artist then carefully blows into the end of the tube to expand the glass and shape the bowl. They then push the bowl and pop the carb before placing it in the kiln to finish!

The wood on the bottom is of poor Design. The O ring, even after a few sessions, & cleaning carefully became stuck to the bottom, then Cracked in half. Basically broken after a few weeks, I found it not worth the $60 I was willing to pay for a pipe which looks great, yet its faulty design & easy breakage makes it just another lesson learned for me.

The pipe is crafted nicely! The removable wood features are awesome, over all this a is really good pipe. With that being said the one downside, that I have found is airflow could be opened up a bit. Otherwise I will use it for years to come.

If you prefer to use this without a screen and the product you use does not cause ash to go into your mouth, then there's no need to change the way you are using this pipe. After disassembling this piece, you can follow the steps in our cleaning guide to clean the glass part: https://www.smokecartel.com/blogs/guides/how-to-clean-your-pipe-or-bong You can use wood cleaning products to wipe down the wooden handle and cap. Some people like to rub a drop of wood oil to give it a shine and ensure it keeps look fresh. But that's up to your own preference.

Cannot speak about durability yet, received mine a week ago. I immediately like 2 things, it looked good and was no problem detaching the stem and cap for cleaning.

Great feel in the hand and decent quality.
This pipe really has a way to class up the place. I appreciate the four-piece design with o-rings which should really help with cleaning. The ashcatcher is also a nice addition. Overall, $60 is a little steep for this, but I'm happy. Smooth draw and very generous bowl size make packing and lighting to save some green corners a breeze.
