Sorry for the confusion. This is a Famale to Male piece, so the first size will be female and the 2nd will be male. We currently offer it at 14.5mm (Female) to 18.8mm (Male) - and 18.8mm (Female) to 14.5mm (Male) - as well as the 10mm and 14.5mm on both ends.
